Frequently Asked Questions

This FAQ covers the most common questions about ordering, payments, deliveries, and returns for Stacks Packaging PH (eco-friendly food packaging like paper cups, kraft containers, and sugarcane bagasse products).

Before contacting support, please:
  • Check the product page for sizes/variants, materials, pack quantity (MOQ), and pricing details.
  • Review your cart and checkout summary for totals, discounts, and shipping fees before paying.
  • Visit My Account > Purchases to track status (To Ship / In Transit / Delivered) and view order details.

Tip: When messaging us about an order, include your Order # and (if applicable) screenshots/photos so we can resolve your concern faster.

Shopping Information

Some items are sold per pack or per case and have a minimum quantity requirement. The MOQ/pack quantity is shown on the product page and the cart will prevent checkout below the minimum.

Yes, for products that have variants (e.g., size/capacity). Select the variant on the product page before adding to cart. Your order details will show the variant label and SKU if applicable.

Stock availability is shown on the product page. If an item is out of stock, you may not be able to add it to cart. You can also message us with the product name or SKU to ask for restock updates.

Delivery Information

We primarily serve Metro Manila and nearby locations via courier partners. Delivery options depend on the address you enter at checkout. If no shipping option appears, that location may not be serviceable under our current setup.

Shipping fees and ETA are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the available courier/service. You'll always see the shipping fee before confirming and paying for your order.

Go to My Account > Purchases and open your order. You'll see the current status (To Ship / In Transit / Delivered). If a tracking number or tracking link is available (e.g., courier/Lalamove link), it will appear in the order details.

Payment & Returns

Payment options are shown during checkout. Only the methods displayed on your checkout payment screen are available for that order.

After successful payment, you'll see a confirmation screen and your order will appear in My Account > Purchases with an updated status. If payment fails or is cancelled, the order may remain unpaid or not proceed.

Cancellation is only available while the order is still in an early stage (before it's shipped/in transit). If eligible, you'll see a Cancel option inside the order details page under My Account > Purchases.

Check your items upon delivery and compare them with your order details. If something is missing/damaged/incorrect, contact us with your Order # and clear photos. Requests are handled based on our Return & Refund Policy.
